You can achieve this in your prototype design by replicating your logo and using the Figma Smart Animate with an After Delay Event. Remember, to use Figma Smart Animate you have to name your components with the same name. Also gifs can be used in Figma Prototype. I hope this answers your question? Select the logo... then on the properties bar (by the right)... under the export section (last section) select export and then the format and then export.

When you start making vector 2 around 4:40, as soon as you click with the pen, it registers as vector 2 so now both vector 1 and vector 2 are different and can be manipulated into different colours. I'm having trouble with vector 2. When I use the pen again, it continues to recognize that as vector 1, so when I change the fill, the entire logo color changes. What do you think is going wrong for me?

whoa, you're really good with this considering the fact that you're doing all these with just the touchpad and not a mouse.
