Subscirbed and liked. I had a mix-matched keyboard and mouse (same model, but different sets from work). Spent a long amount of time fighting with the recommended LOGITECH UNIFYING SOFTWARE (did not work, ever). Downloaded the Logi Options+ thanks to your video, fiddled around with the simple instructions on the program, and it worked! Cheers dude.

thanks man, i search and try a lot of method before i watch your video. this is the only one that works. Just installing setpoint already did it for me, i dont need to disable HID. Thanks again man

Thank you Michael!! I was having this specific problem on a new Windows 10 computer. Windows detected My Logitech Performance MX mouse to use, but the Logitech software just wouldn't detect the unifying connection even after reinstalls and reboots... this was easy and fixed it!

I didn't have to go through all of that. Somewhere along the way, I suspect a Windows 10 update stuffed up my mouse drivers. The mouse still worked fine, just couldn't access the Logitech Control App and said no device conected, the driver had the Problem triangle against it in device manager. I kept downloading Logitech Options and re-installing to no effect. I then followed your tip and downloaded setpoint. I then installed setpoint...all good I then installed Logitech Options again...and it found it this time!!!! YAY!!!!! Done...all working and device manager says all is happy again as well. So Setpoint fixed the driver issues! Thank you

Yeah windows will use generic drivers which will works with any bluetooth mouse that why the mouse still works. Glad that it work for you buddy !

Thanks for this video, recently installed windows 11 and it just bugged me this was not working with a Logitech MK450 keyboard/mouse combo. Installing the logitech options and setpoint programs fixed the issues. I had checked thru the logitech site/support but they only reference the 'options' download and not the setpoint download so this pointed me to setpoint and as soon as I got that installed my system was recognizing the keyboard/mouse properly which got the logitech options program (Unify) working correctly

Thank you man. It really worked. Silly Logitech. It stealed my time. Windows 11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.469), Logitech Options Version 9.50.269. Logitech MX Master 3. Problem: Logitech Options can noty recognize MX Master 3 and Logitech drivers not installed. Solution: Install Setpoint first then install Logitech Options (if you alreaddy installed LO no need to remove and reinstall it)

whats whas the HID compliance that you disabled on your manage device? i am not finding nothing related to keyboard. My keyboard LOG k380 is not be founded by usb unifying.

You will need to install the apps on all computer . The following mouse do not have memory profile onboard to save your settings

Thanks, My Logitech options suddenly claimed there was no unifying receiver. I actually just installed Setpoint while Logitech options was already installed and didn't need to disable the HID devices. Then opened options again and my MX vertical ergonomic mouse again was detected.

Well, for me nothing worked, but upon starting the Options SW, it prompted to keep the mouse button pressed for 3 seconds to put it into pairing mode. Whilst the Logi crap software couldn't detect it's own product, Windows detected the mouse and connected it straight through the integrated BT connection. So I uninstalled all the Logi bullcrap and it works without issue connected over the PC BT connection. and now I have one more usb port free.

I followed the same steps, and it's still not working for me. I'm using Windows 11 on a Lenovo ThinkPad E580, and I have a Logitech USB Bolt receiver for my mouse (MX Master 3S). The problem is it's not even showing the mouse in the Logi Options+ software, and my mouse isn't displaying an indicator light; it seems completely dead. It was working just fine 10 minutes ago. I've had it for six months now. 😞 By the way, I also have a Logi keyboard, and it's working just fine (it's showing in the software). Any solutions on how to solve this?

Try just installing setpoint first

Works only for the keyboard in my case. Logitech Options can't see the Unyfing device even if i'm literally usign my Mx Master mouse, I can't manage the buttons becuse Options literally did not see the mouse.

You can give it a try. Setpoint will just add additional drivers .

You can try just directly install only Logitech setpoint without going through the advanced steps

Instead they just let the « please connect a supported device or receiver to update » indefinitely… typical Logitech software laziness as we know them already… but thanks anyways man !

You can try to install logitech setpoint only however there a chance your older files might be still loaded in .
