Was it a conversation that could've been had in private? Absolutely. But I think it's good for the world to see shit like this, because it's the unfortunate reality that a lot of children go through. There's no "honoring" your parents when they didn't play the role of your parent. In any scenario where a parent would choose abandoning their child instead of raising them does not deserve honor. Parents deserve to be called out. Hiding behind a title when you did nothing to earn it other than procreate is bullshit. We dont ASK to be brought into this world. If you, as a parent, make the decision to bring a child into this world, you're responsible for THEM. Yall think just because Logic has gotten to a point where he can spend time with his father means he cant call him out on his bullshit? Too many people are hiding behind the cuss words to completely ignore the conversation and the VALID points that Logic made.

This is not about race, this is about family, experience, and reality. Someone who loves their father won’t ever understand someone who doesn’t. Respect, trust, and forgiveness are earned, not given automatically for no reason, regardless of family. These people know nothing, there’s a life time of actions, experiences and conversations that have nothing to do with a camera that lead to this dynamic. “Other people, who don’t have their father around,” don’t matter. They have not lived the same life, or been through the same things.

"His father should have slapped him in his face" If his father was around to raise him, maybe logic would respect him differently. It's evident to see who grew up privileged with their parents in their lives. Growing up unwanted by the people who created you, changes your perspective on respect. When unconditional love is non existent for some of us, don't lecture us on how to treat those who revoked love for us.
