Adamantium is a man-made project, the Poison would have been Significantly reduced if all that Logan was Left with was for his claws alone. I love how this is pretty much Logan vs the Wolverine. The man vs the animal. Logan very clearly is not able to compete with this elite, primal version of himself. Sure for a second when he catches X-24 off guard he gets some hits in, but he can’t overcome him. Really shows the stark contrast between who Logan was, and who he is now.

Adamantium is so strong that even though the claws hit each other, they rarely spark because they aren't chipping and creating those sparks. Sparks happen when friction or a force hits a metal at a high snapping speed that causes little particles of metal to fly off while carrying a lot of heat. It makes sense why they aren't here.

In the scene in the bathroom where Logan is looking at his adamantium claws for the first time, when he brings the claws together in a slow, gentle and curious fashion and they touch, it created sparks :D Which was I guess their way of showing how sharp and adamantium-ish they are...

Logan in his prime would kill this shitty clone in no time. But even in his weakened state (due to adamantium poisoning and old age) he put up a pretty respectable fight.

Definitely the darkest scene of the movie along when Charles and the Munson family gets killed. X-24 is truly a perfect example of why Logan was brutal and scary because he is a killing machine and dangerous (if you dare fight him). And the way he got impaled by Will, he must thinking that of giving Logan that kind of payback in the end when he was damned and fed up after the final battle.

The fact that this movie's final conflict boils down to "hero vs evil hero clone" is some of the most comic book shit ever, yet it is played completely straight and works immaculately.

I just love the look on the doctors face. Even then, he can only marvel at the true wolverine, the actual version of what he hoped to accomplish.

It wasn't all the stabbing and blood that made this fight so brutal. It was the fact that you knew from the get-go that logan was gonna lose and most likely die. It was probably the first time I was actually on the edge of my seat during a superhero fight scene.

I love that X -24 was the final boss of this version of Wolverine. Not only is it a perfect rival to himself, but we also get to see for the first time what an unhinged, savage, truly feral Logan would look and act like 😮and it is scary

I pity the family, but you gotta admit, that was about the most satisfying way the father could have gone out. Avenges his family by fucking up X-24 with a car and shotgun. Arguably the most badass moment in the movie.

This movie was already pretty dark, but the beginning of this sequence really took it down a tonally different path. The death of the Munson family and Xavier told Logan that it was ALL over for him. He could do what he could for Laura, but he knew he was done.

I love the way Logan fights in this movie is with pure feral rage. Every single fight that he's in is a fight for his life that he doesn't even want anymore But will still go down swinging to defend the people that he has left.

Within a ten seconds span Logan stabs and slashes X-24 15 times. 0:04 - 0:12 Even on deaths door he still has the wolverine rage (Edit: Notice Logan has an X scar on his forehead at the end of the fight. Exactly like the Old Man Logan comic)

This fight scene is just so brutal and tragic. And Beltrami's theme for X24 is great. You can hear some of the music that he used for Ghostface but it still works very well.

Even Laura was broke over Charles’s loss too

My favorite detail about this fight is every time Logan stabbed 24 in the start you can hear the metal on metal scraping🥶

Logan was still slightly keeping up despite being old and weakened. If Logan was in his prime he would win easily, hands down. Even if his healing factor was half as good as it used to be, he would win

The tension in this fight was beyond fantastic. You were rooting big time for Logan to win quickly when he was on the offensive, and then when the tables turn rapidly, you are immediately horrified thinking he isn't going to make it out of there alive. Easily one of the best movie fights ever.

Logan is still pretty fast at this age... Impressive, could hold his against superhuman version of himself!

I wondered if X-24 represented a younger more primal version of Logan, but I wonder if that isn't the case. X-24 has Logan's face, but he resembles Victor more than Logan, especially when it comes to its animalistic instincts. The complete lack of remorse and the design to kill without thought, it was everything Victor was, and everything Logan ran away from. So, it's highly possible when Logan saw X-24, he saw Victor standing right in front of him.

But still, here is still Proof, Logan Is still beast despite being old )like 55-58 years old man physycally), dying from adamantium poisoning. He still can easy put easy Down most of the soldiers what goverment send. That's why they make X-24. Crazy if you think that, the dad literally used his last dying breaths and moment to “kill” X-24. And then makes it a point to try and shoot Logan too. And you can tell that Logan understands. But when the gun clicks… the Dad has nothing left to live for so he just drops dead on the spot. And if you notice Logan’s pained expression after the dad drops dead. It’s almost as if Logan wanted him to kill him but now it’s like it always goes, when Logan is around good people, they die. This further pushes that belief that Logan believes he has nothing left to live for.

I'm still shocked he never mentioned this family when he was talking to Laura about all the people who died getting them to North Dakota.

Watching Logan slowly die this movie was sad af 😭

Before the fight, when he sees X-24 walk down the stairs in the house with confusion, he runs up the stairs and checks on Charles instead of saving Laura or fighting X-24. This shows how much he really cares about him like he was priority, only to find out he was stabbed by something similar to his claws which is why he said, "it wasn't me, it wasn't me." what makes it even sadder is that Charles thought Logan had stabbed him. Later after Charles dies, Logan straight up starts unleashing his anger and slashes X-24 in the chest instead of his head countless times, trying to make him suffer through the pain and asks, "what the hell are you?" instead of "who the hell are you?" at 0:14 This truly shows how angry he really was after Charles died even though he was very confused and had no clue what he was facing, because he's never met anybody who's had claws like him.

Man, I always cry when Lara screams after she sees Charles dead in the truck.

Am I the only one who hasn't seen this movie yet?

I always wanted Logan to say something along the line of “I’m sorry, I didn’t know…….”

And exactly what was it that he "didn't know"? Logan had warned Charles about staying on the move rather than accepting the Munson family's invitation to have dinner with them and stay the night at their home, considering the Reavers and Rice were hunting them. He knew in the back of his mind that something like this could and probably would happen.

X-24 have the advantage of having an Adamantium skeleton and claws, 2 things that could counter Victor really hard, but Victor could probably take advantage of X-24's limited healing factor. So if Victor could damaged X-24 body enough to incapacitate him, he would win, but if X-24 manage to cut his head off before his healing factor run off, it's game over for Vic. I think Sabretooth from X1 would beat him with ease, since he could go toe to toe with prime Logan. Also FYI, both Sabretooths are the same person, only in X1 their memories have been erased.

@@Daxons I think Victor from origins has a higher chance of winning than you think, remember X 24 is just a clone of Logan, and we’ve seen saber tooth outmatch logan many times, plus judging by how X 24 fights logan, I’d say he lacks speed and focuses on making his attacks lethal, which logan could avoid had it not been for his slow stamina. The fact that he’s just a clone of logan also tells us he’s close to his strength, and we all know that saber tooth outmatches logan in strength. So if he avoids getting hit using his speed advantage, I think he should win against X 24.

@@sammydroubi6022 yeah that's possible, if he keeps his distance enough from X-24's claws and just keeps mauling him until X-24's healing factor stops, then yeah, he could win easily. But I still think X1 Sabretooth would stomps X-24 much easily simply because he's the SAME Victor from Origins, only with much better stats. According to the official canon site of the movies, after the events of Origins, Stryker captured him and unlocked his second mutation, making him more stronger and durable. Before the second mutation, he couldn't overpower Logan with Adamantium skeleton but on X1, he's able to match him evenly, they're equal this time.

Logan had a great 10 second head start stabbing and slashing 24 multiple times . Unfortunately with 24’s healing factor at full capacity it only pissed him off .

After seeing how bad Logan was beaten in this movie, he did an amazing job fighting against his prime self without any constraints

Hoping to see this times x10 in Deadpool and Wolverine

if you observe closely at 0:41 you could see that he still has the scratch injury on the head that is not healed yet.

1:43 anyone notice how the shotgun transformed into a revolver? Thats a neat trick

Watching Wolverine get attacked in this movie just feels uncomfortable and painful in comparison to the prior movies. Obviously with the R rating they made it more gory, but he doesn’t feel invincible in this movie.

Logan Vs X-24 is like seeing Logan Vs The Wolverine, the 2 sides of him now facing off, like the raw, animalistic side of him is now it’s own separate entity and doesn’t have any of his humanity whatsoever

0:15 he asked the same question as yashida used to say to him

Its crazier that now i realized something about the fight watching over and over again its like Wolfe and dogs like everything the way he defends after he fighted back its just wow

These scenes are badass

The music after that guy collapses is just so perfect for the scene, it truly emulates the brutality of this scene and the films setting

The fact that everyone thinks Y25 is anything near Logan in his prime just bc he’s a younger variant is hilarious. Logan as weapon X was dam near untamed. It took JEAN GREY to calm him down

I wish Logan has his healing factor in 2017

If he was "The Wolverine" it would've been different X-24 would've got his noggin smashed

It’s still unbelievable to me that this movie managed to pull off the fighting yourself idea much better than Avengers Endgame did, despite coming out two years earlier and had a MUCH lower budget.

Anything MCU related is mostly only enjoyable in a goofy kind of way and I'm pretty sure it's done this way on purpose to appeal to a broad scale of potential clients. Logan is very grim in comparison so while it caters to a less diverse audience, it's a masterpiece for those who enjoy more serious movies.

X-24 is simply just Logan with zero thoughts and emotions. The perfect weapon
