Logan was the perfect ending for Wolverine and Jackman in that role, leave it by that. (Logan is a 10/10 movie in my book).

It looks awesome because if you examine what makes Wolverine "Wolverine" you will find that while he can be killed he can't truly die. He is a mutant with the mutated healing factor yes it might have been somehow compromised (they never really get into it) but it's always there down to his DNA, so given time he can reconstitute himself. Whole? Noone really knows but it is canon as it has happened in the comic books many times. So kudos for the "fan based" comeback and who knows for sure?

Respect you Jackman for stepping down when he did. A lot of people don't realize it's not that he can't do it it's how physically taxing it is. I really don't want to see Hugh Jackman join the list of actors who died on set! John Candy is a good example they were literally running around with an oxygen tank for John Candy on the last movie he was filming where he died while filming. Hugh Jackman has talked multiple times about how physically taxing it is to play Wolverine and that makes perfect sense to me. Unless they do something CGI wise and have him do his own voice like this he did with Mark Hamill I don't think it's going to happen for Hugh Jackman play Wolverine other than maybe a cameo like sitting at a bar. It's not a question whether or not he can do it it's a question of how much of a toll it takes and what it takes away from him health-wise.

I know that Jackman has explained and outside of what they say in the media what he said is very correct what he does in order to play Wolverine is just insane. The man is Alexa how old is 54 and you factor in some of the movies he's done over his life and then look at other actors doing the same movies as his age. The guy that played in the mommy as an example he's practically in a wheelchair. Burt Reynolds was duct tape and steel pans by the time he was Hugh Jackman's age. Last going off Burt Reynolds was in a wheelchair in several movies because the man could barely move around. Jackie Chan's another one that I don't know what the sweet Jesus is keeping the man alive and mobile when you factor in how many injuries he's had. Playing Wolverine at a cross play convention is not the same thing as what is required to do it in a movie. The man has to go through a insane physical regiment for a long time before getting on camera a lot of it is not CGI like the last guy who played James Bond watch that set of movies and look for the scenes where they accidentally forgot to put the body double on James Bond when he shirtless there's a few scenes where he and one shot looks like a 30 something year old bodybuilder and then a few seconds later it's not CGI him by accident during editing and it's his actual body LOL. Hugh Jackman literally looks like f****** 1990s animated Wolverine from the fox animated series and for the life of me it just terrifies me for somebody in their 50s to somehow accomplish being in that kind of shape when you think about the toll required. Rock is another one that's getting up there in years and the man looks half his age somehow. Kevin he played football for a long time I'm surprised he's not way worse off. Nobody realizes the physical Demand on actors that are getting up there in their years career-wise and I don't mean that they're old I mean they've been doing it a long time. Tom Cruise is another example where he's practically being held together and does a good job of hiding it. Trying to remember the name of the guy that did the taken movies the same thing again where it help is catching up with him Harrison Ford is another one. We just lost Bruce Willis here a while back where he still alive but basically had to back away from acting. All is Disney starts pumping up they're CGI Factory you probably won't see you Jackman doing Wolverine too much. Disney scan him and nearly every other Disney employee and to a supercomputer. They could literally have Stanley and the guy who played Black Panther appear in anything they want and you wouldn't be able to tell it CGI anymore. They've scanned some of the most low level of their employees it's not even funny in order to if necessary use their likeness after their death where they got voice samples and digital body samples they started doing it before Stan Lee passed away they just chose not to use him and the guy that played Black Panther via CGI surprisingly they didn't use CGI for the guy that played Thunderbolt Ross instead of recasting him. Sooner or later Disney's going to say screw it and just replace deceased actors with CGI stand ins. The fact that Harrison Ford is still playing Indiana Jones blows my mind because he's been in so many I physically demanding movies over the years but I'm surprised he'd still even consider doing it. I remember him saying he was no longer physically able to play Indiana Jones back when Sean Connery was still alive. The old saying goes money. Honestly I'm surprised Jackman would return to play Wolverine even if it's a favour for Ryan I know Ryan is a bigger nerd than me and I completely understand he wants to do Wolverine and Deadpool right at least once still can only imagine how much arm-twisting was involved. Really wish they would have literally done a gag like that little short that somebody put on KZread of boat Deadpool with a metal detector digging up Wolverine. That would have been goddamn priceless. I could just imagine Deadpool's character doing that using some sort of alien serum to resurrect Wolverine.
