The rock maybe but he doesn't look like he takes anything. People these days are just so fat that when someone actually has muscle to them it's like almost impossible to have it naturally. If you go outside and do physical activity and eat actually clean food you too can look similar to him.

Most sports are drug tested and most athletes still do steroids.

As someone who has used PEDs and in the bodybuilding industry I can tell you Logan almost certainly uses testosterone year round and during peak performance looks like he’s adding in a small dosage of trenbolone and possibly superdrol.
