When I was 14 I showed up for muay thai with a gatorade. It made me feel terrible. The sugar rush was making me feel sick. I never drank a sport drink when doing high intensity sports again. I don't get how people don't get that anything besides water (unless you are doing a triathlon, a coke might helpa toward the end) is bad when exercising.

The drink is disgustingly sweet. But I get it, because their target audience is children. I WILL say I love the branding, but there were two dudes behind that which brought KSI and Logan on to market it. So wasn't really them. The problem is nutrition wise it's all potassium, which isn't what you need when exercising hard. The best I've found is Liquid IV. But literally anything else, Gatorade and powerade included, are far better at replenishing electrolytes than Prime.

Prime is just Body Armor for kids. That’s it. It really isn’t very good, it’s way too sweet, and I have never felt especially hydrated from drinking it.

No its a bad bad hydration. I made the mistake of trying to work out with it once. Usually body wants hydration. This even less. Need sodium and potentially simple carbs
