I think, (just an idea ( summer camp for the younger folks, learn something to learn instead of getting into to trouble!!!

The way that folds up like a well crafted box is truly amazing.

Man that driveway was not ready for the delivery!! That was one mess in and out, loaded or empty….what a nightmare! Great job guys glad you have patience!!! Thanks for posting the video!

Keep it in mind in case you are asked to do a repo on this log cabin: The sensible answer is "you could not pay me enough". Hell of a cabin and nice finish.

I don't think they have to worry about that I doubt they finance these I'm sure this was a bank loan probably with the cost of building materials and labor around 200k before it was finished

The delivery was a nightmare for you guys! Job well done! Seeing the cabin set up was mind-blowing! In my mind I was wondering how it would go together. The Amish are amazing builders. Thanks for showing the inside pictures with the custom-made beds. All the wood was outstandingly beautifully finished! The pictures at the end were very welcome for us to see how it suited the land. Thank you.

Good job. Seems odd that road wouldn't be better prepared. But i worked in construction for 15 years and nothing is ever ready for big equipment or big deliveries.

One of my Grandfathers was a tree feller in the 1900's . He described hung up trees like that as "widow makers". This was one place where the Mule was needed . 😁

He didn't nail anything, THEY nailed it. He would have been on my last nerve with his comments. He should have put more base down so they could drive up there.

That site was a mess to negotiate, but the cabin is incredible. What a mean delivery!!!

Reminiscent of a barn raising! Great teamwork guys. It is a beautiful home.

When the truck came out of the workshop i thought this will topple over. The trailer at its limit. That looked quite risky and dangerous. The tire from that sideways wheels, quite clever contraption, was nearly torn of the rim while being pulled sideways. All in all it gave the impression that the cabins weight and size and the equipment to handle it were no real match. Adventurous delivery.

Exactly this has been around for a very long time. I've never seen this system, I've only seen cranes used to set a modular home

Beautiful house and location. You guys did a great job trucking. I would have been downright embarassed if I was the homeowner and had a driveway in that shape knowing what was coming.

I’m actually quite surprised that they didn’t send a driver out a day ahead of time to verify the condition of roads and driveway to ensure something like this didn’t occur, but obviously they didn’t and it of course did, lol. It’s just my opinion from being in the construction field all the years I spent there but that delivery should have been rejected once that truck got to the job site and saw the condition of the drive, the trees encroaching the drive, the lack of gravel, lack of crane mats for ditches, etc. this is a prime example of how guys tear up trucks, trailers, and get hurt themselves, but Lord was watching out over all you guys that day and I do realize that your in a predicament once you’ve traveled that far and you’ve only get a set amount of time to get that home set before you impact everybody else’s schedule so you hunker down and just do it instead of crying about it!! You guys did a fantastic job and it’s a fantastic, gorgeous home!!! But please guys, start sending a driver out a day or two ahead of time to verify the job site and drive are suitable for delivery before someone gets hurt one day, please!!!! These are built just down the road from my grandfather’s old farm and grandpa loved having the Amish as friends and neighbors more than anything and he would be rolling in his grave right now if he saw you guys struggling like this to set a home when you guys have it down to a science on how to do it!! But anyways fellas, nobody’s hurt, the house is beautiful, time to work on another one!! I’m still proud of you tho!! You guys are the hardest working guys in the entire nation!!! I’d love to move back home just so I could come work with you guys! Take care and be safe out there guys!!

That’s how they put double wide Mobil homes together except they try to park them as close as possible then the jack and skate them together using come a longs.

Just a suggestion but I watched two old guys set a modular home on rails like that.. they used Boat trailer hand winch's with a tab that hooked on high end of rails to home halfs, they cranked it right into place.. TWO GUYS.. Nice cabin.. you would be the Hero should you show up with a pair for the next set up..
