Many buildings are falling apart near lodha pallava. Very poor construction. Their buildings dont even last more than 20 years. Funny thing is that societies are going back to lodha for redevelopment.

Very haphazard filming, cuts from one place to another. Does not give an idea of the scale of the place. Btw - check Lodha New Cuffe Parade, horrible construction issues.
