In this video, we have a very unique Lodal EVO MAG-20 garbage truck! This unit was originally built as an automated side loader, but later had it's loading arm removed and cart tippers added in it's place, thus converting it into a standard manual side loader. To make room for the automated loading arm in the original build, modifications had to be made to the truck's body which resulted in some lost yardage, made up for with an extra-large tailgate. With all of these modifications and customizations, this one-of-a-kind truck stands out, even among it's already unusual looking Lodal peers.
This truck is seen here handling a residential compost route on a cold and drizzly morning in Portland, OR. I'm sure many of you will recognize the driver as KZread's very own Georgewuzheer, who has now made several appearances on "the other side of the camera". Of course, the biggest of thanks goes out to him for making this video possible! I hope you all enjoy!
