We've all had experiences with things that are heavily advertised but quickly wear out, break, or don't work very well. This coupler performs, lasts, and is very easy to use with one hand. The coupler is made in South Africa. If you order one, L&L will send a catalog. They have quite an extensive product line.

South Africa that awesome , I do like that design as well as the same operation except it's like an air line fitting where you pull back the collar, both styles are fantastic. I like them mainly for some of my farm machinery that does not use threaded zerk fittings but pressed it ones that a normal grease gun constantly will pull them out. I bet a lot of your viewers never seen todays style before. Good review Daniel 👍👍

+Steve Rob I havent ran into pressed in fittings....sounds questionable....I wonder why they arent threaded....

It's cheaper to press them in than screw them. You can't cross-thread a drive in fitting. And you can hire cheaper labor.

If you clip this on a blocked grease zerk and pressurize it, can you pop it off with the thumb release? That's really the biggest problem I'm trying to solve - blocked zerks and then you can't get it off without breaking the zerk off.

I hope you are right. I got really sick of grease leaking out between a regular grease coupler and zirk fittings. At $30, it's not cheap; but if it works as you claim, it'd be worth it.

I have one. It’s amazing. I bought a gun from Advanced Auto and the coupler that’s came with it was absolute garbage. It’s so easy now to grease my GX470.

Have this. It does work better than most grease gun fittings, but its TOO BIG to get in tight spots. I still need to use multiple guns on most equipment, one with a smaller head.

I'm buying it. If there's one thing I hate, it's grease spilling out due to slight misalignment. I hate grease guns, but you can't trust anyone to grease the old vehicles anymore. They just won't even attempt the difficult zerts. If you trust them, you'll be replacing boots & joints.

I have had that setup on my air grease gun for a while now. Its only drawback is the size, it will not fit in all the spots a normal coupler fits. Ujoints, PTO shafts, even the jackshafts on the finish mower. I had to take the steel nipple and coupler from another grease gun, add a zerk and 1/8" pipe coupling, to use as an adapter when the other won't fit. BTW, isn't the K in Knippex silent ? The tool guy says it is pronounced Nippex, LOL

+CumminsDslPwr I like saying "Ka-nip-ex" since it really seems to get some people worked up...haha :) Seriously though, that is how the actual company in Germany pronounces it.....so that is how I say it. The way I think about it, if here in the USA people say my name is "Daniel" & in Taiwan they pronounce it "Geb-oh-zin".....I want them to say it how I say it here. ;)

+Dave Pape I have heard that damaged zerks will mess up the sealing surfaces, and that is the main reason they include the extra kit......no one tool is right for every job, but judging from that massive amount of positive ratings on this online, I think they are doing something right.

Not sure if you've already done it or not, but I'd like to see a review or head to head on the latest and greatest for battery powered grease guns. I'm torn between Milwaukee and Dewalt on which to buy. Can't find any good videos comparing the two.

+fortis619 Its just an electric grease gun. www.google.co.uk/search?q=electric+grease+gun&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAmoVChMInv3avs3HyAIVijg-Ch2esgA6&biw=1536&bih=758#imgrc=_ There's all sorts. The only one I've ever used was from sealey, and it was pretty pooshit. The only time I can see anyone needing one would be if you had a hell of a lot of grease to grease. In that case air is the way to go, and on a big barrel so you aren't spending all day filling her up again. Something like this www.northerntool.com/images/product/2000x2000/109/109507_2000x2000.jpg
