And why do u think that a person regardless pregnant or not, shoul be serve food first. She sits on her bottom all day . She does not have any exercise, if only u knew how harmful this is to her health.-and she has a massive portion of food. It’s the people who is running around all day using all their energy that should be serve first. Because they have to stay strong to look after people like Dima who does’nt move a finger.

So do,I have 5. Children, one pregnancy was twins, I’ll tell u we do not need to eat more, just because we r carrying a child or two , in the healthy side, it’s better that we eats normal portion, and we need quality food not quantity, and it’s very i Portent that that we stay healthy by exercising for half an hour twice day to stay fit afterwards. There is a false idea that we need to eat more if we are breastfeeding it’s not true . If we keep to our normal portion and eat the right food all will be fine. I I am from London, i am a retired midwife. I have held mothers deliver babies for 25 years. That’s how long l worked as a midwife at a London maternity hospital. And when I read some of the comments , about Dima is not getting enough food and biscuits and tea and so on, I’ve been watching her portion of food, she is eating a massive portion. She sits down all day . Samita or auntie serves her food on her lap. This is a very bad way for her to move forward. People should be careful with their comments, reg the way auntie is not treating her well. And they are saying she does not get enough food to eat and so on all this must stop. I only mean well for the girl health,

No it’s not , iam a retired midwife I have work for 25 yes as one inthe London maternity hospital, I live in London. She eats a lot because she has a big appetite,.

@@salmamuthy6655 a pregnant woman needs to add some extra calories to maintain healthy pregnancy. And the number increases from the first trimester up to the last. Note that the calories should come from nutritious sources aka dont eat junk foods. Also, breastfeeding women needs extra 300 cals. I am a dietitian btw

It’s so funny u being a dietitian to say she is eating healthy food, like pork belly full fat massive pieces rice everyday, pork almost everyday very rarely sone veg, and eggs and cheese and good load of everything. No fruits not enough water. Where is ur expertise. Big ZERO.
