We cannot do things the same way and expect a different result.The collective acceptance of the judgrment is clear.The constitutional amendment can go on.... If the government wants to abuse same process against people's wish, we can always kick against it collectively.

Please be reminded that the federal government had on the past gone the legislative along the legislative way on the local government autonomy issue, but after the legislation was passed by the National Assembly, enough State Assemblies refused to pass it to kill the process!

Local govts should be the most funded since they are closest to the peope. And the local government leadership should also be the most educated
