The 2003 recording of the St. Joseph communication Center tone is the same as the one from 1990 but just way louder, though it's the same tone.

3, 4 & 8 are alternating DTMF tones. I imagine 1 and # would be somewhere blended in the mix.

Imagine if all the local access alerts and emergency override systems went off in every county in the United States that would be chaotic We personally have a local access alert, but unfortunately, it’s a silent version. My mom first heard it on sunny 98.5 in Panama City where we currently live unfortunately it was a false alarm Active shooter at airbase alert, so yeah, everybody was freaked out that day
