The M really knows how to do buffets. The old one was our favorite. This one at Anthony’s looks absolutely outstanding and quite a bargain considering the offerings, presentation and atmosphere.

The Beef Wellington looked very tasty. Can't say that I've seen it on a buffet before. And, oh those lobster tails! You're right - one tail with a couple a la carte sides at another restaurant would probably run close to the buffet price. So yummy-looking.

I so envy you when you ate the lobster tail. I would gladly pay to eat there. One thing no one hardly mentions is the chefs who prepare all those fabulous foods. Kudos to them and the beautiful way the food is displayed. I also like that there are servers in suits, making everything classy.

Yessss! I heard of this and have my reservation ready for EDC weekend and cannot wait to try! Right now the wholesale price for lobster tails and king crab is $55 a pound. I live in Los Angeles and very few stores even carry them. Eat 2 pounds at the buffet and you're already ahead of the game. A small slice of prime rib will run $30 in town.

Wow! AMAZING!! This buffet reminds me of the famous Sterling Brunch that used to be at Bally's on the Vegas Strip BEFORE COVID cancelled them! The only thing missing is the bottomless Champagne 🍾 that Sterling Brunch came with! But that's nothing to complain too much about! All this INCREDIBLE food makes up for it! Especially the Beef Wellington, which I've NEVER seen on a buffet! I REALLY hope and pray 🙏 that they keep this brunch buffet around at least until the next time I go to Vegas, so that I can enjoy all of this myself!

When I am at a really good buffet, I am always torn between the carvery and the seafood. The seafood at this buffet is really nice, but between the lamb, prime rib and the Beef Wellington (WOW!) I would sample the seafood but I'd be filling my plate at the carvery. Fantastic buffet.

This is the ultimate feast that you eat if you find out you're going to die. I'm very ill and don't have long to live and this meal would be my last request. Everything I love is on it and the only thing it's missing is king crab and large sea scallops. But this is about the most Ultimate Buffet I have seen.

@@laurablassberg8559 yeah. I saw lots of KZreadrs who are in Las Vegas. There are lots of lobster buffet restaurants but most of lobsters are called Boston’s lobsters. It is small and doesn’t taste good.

For ten bucks over the Bacchanal, it is a bargain. Everything looked so neat and the place was very clean and inviting. Of course, you don't help my wanting to run up from Phoenix! Wish that high speed train was from here. Go up on Sunday morning.

Me "the French toast look good but we're not here for the French toast, hold the line folks and head straight for the lobsters" 😂🤣 And yeah, a 3 pounders lobster at the seafood market already 50 dollars, and that you have to do the cooking, 2 lobsters and it the same price here yet you get so many more option, it really worth it

Your Mrs. is very funny. She just sold me on going. Smith’s and Albertsons don’t have that kind of lobster. I’m not a big lobster fan, but that looked great.

As usual, another great review! Wouldn’t be an Explore Vegas video without 2 things: 1. Don’t Eat the 🍞! 2. Mrs. Explore getting her grub dance 💃 going on! Got a ?, is it a business casual dress code? Because the regular restaurant says so! (Asking for a friend who doesn’t any bread crumbs on their attire!) 😂 Plus the crust on the lamb was bread crumbs, does that count as eating 🍞? 😂🤣😜😝😋😉

It is business casual. Jeans were ok. Bread crumb topping is ok if it’s part of a protein. Never eat the 🍞 by itself. I’d trade the 🍞 for another one of those 🦞 tails any day!

It’s the closest thing to the Sterling buffet. The only thing it’s missing is king crab, but it’s absolutely amazing and the price point is just right.

That is what I would go for.

There is a RUMOR that M Resort is rethinking their plans to put a food hall in where Studio B Buffet used to be. They MIGHT ditch the food hall idea altogether and reopen the buffet for the first time since COVID shut it down.

This is very close. The only thing this one didn’t have was king crab. Everything else was amazing!

the Claws u mentioned r not Snow Crab Claws but Stone Crab Claws they normally have a yummy mustard sauce with them

Very different. This was much smaller, but everything they put out was upscale and quality was not compromised. If I could choose from both, I’d choose this one!

We were in Vegas in Janurary 2024 and the reservation to eat at the "M" was far until Sept 2024.

I didn’t use the butter because the tails were seasoned nicely. The meats were upscale. The beef Wellington and lamb were perfect. The prime rib was excellent, but I went back for seconds of the other meats because never see them at buffets.

How come your not soaking your lobster tails 🤔 in delicious butter and giant shrimp in cocktail sauce and horseradish ? You could be missing out on taste over the top ! Thanks for sharing , I'm envious from Florida !

We did see a sign saying they were completely booked. I would highly recommend making reservations. It’s a much safer bet.
