We should ammendment the charter of our constitution to recall those unruly Chithues, so that they have to obey the constitution or they resign from the Chithue. We earnestly request all Dotoe and religious orders to elect only patroitic Chithues not who are against the Tibetan Government in exile and His Holiness.

Well said,HH gave two options before the Chithues,either approach judiciary or election commission.These Chithues opted first option and taken oath before them.If they feel the judges unconstitutional then they should have opted second option.Instead of going for second option they preferred first option becoz they are scared of facing disqualification as Chithues by election Commission.Main thing is that if they think those judges are unconstitutional then all Chithues r unconstitutional.Think from wider perspective than animosity,hatred n jealousy especially those red robed.
