Gotta say, lots of haters saying she needs to get everything out at this point. I've seen this spa's service or "menu" board, the treatment starts with a cleanse and then an infrared or uv light treatment to coax the pore to open. Once they extract, there is an additional steaming and exfoliating service which removes what has been brought to the surface from this treatment. They know what they're doing, i promise, they just don't show us the boring stuff

As far as I know this is an Open Forum for opinions and that’s what I gave my opinion, I stated that several times. I didn’t use offensive language nor did I assault her personally. There is rarely any infection, if there’s inflammation, it does not mean infection. The plug is merely normal secretions that are dried & blocking the pore - remove the blockage & our skin cells do the rest-just like they do in every other part of our body. The hormonal surges in teen years generally are the cause of acne although toxic environment/workplace can contribute to poor skin

These aren't "cystic" acne blackheads. Not everything has a "sac" that needs to be removed. I've popped my own and squeezed out the plug, and any inflammation disappeared after washing the area with plain soap and water once the pore was unclogged. Even if it bled a little. For the vast majority of people, their skin will heal rather quickly.

For the love of all that is good, please empty the pores completely! I don’t care if it is done at some later step, I’m here to see it done at this step. These videos are supposed to be relaxing but this video is anxiety provoking. If you watch extractions done by a dermatologist they don’t stop until the pore is completely emptied.

If you only dig at the plug and don't actually get out all the contents or the cyst wall it will come back in a few days, worse and prob infected only to have to do this again. So hmm., gee, squeeze and empty now or let it get infected and have to do this a few more times and give massive scars? Up to you

@argarman09 no, that's not correct. These are comedones, and they happen when a pore is blocked and there is a build up of dead skin and sebum There is no "wall" on a comedone. Even with cysts though, leaving parts of the wall will increase the likelihood of recurrence, but it's by no means a given.

A lot of spa owners have quit making videos because of the constant complaints, so yeah, we’re frustrated with the nagging. They’re not monetized. You’re not paying to watch, or sitting through ads. Plus the complaints are always the same. And Loan’s are the most stolen videos, along with Sac Dep Spa. She pays staff to film and the thieves make money.

@cinnamongirl5082 Thuy with Sac Dep is my personal favorite. I have seen ads before I ended up paying for premium, or whatever it is so I don't know how monetized they are, or are not. I can understand frustration. Especially with their work being stolen so much. I've even explained to others how these spas work from what I've learned over time to help them understand better. But outright hostility? That's simply ridiculous. Hey, it's the internet so everyone thinks it's perfectly fine to be abusive towards others for simply expressing an opinion. You can't please everyone, but thankfully Thuy and Loan haven't been deterred from making videos just because a few people are critical.

She’s never going to stop digging! Thousands of people have told her and she won’t stop. And some people say it doesn’t hurt because she’s inserting the needle in the core of the pimple and I’ve never had it done so I don’t know. What I do know is Loan and the people that work for consistently leave debris in the bumps. They give it a squeeze in most cases and scrape the top off never checking to see if a second squeeze would yield more. She’s been on here as long as I’ve been watching and so has Sac Dep Spa the difference is the Sac Dep Spa has 2.1 million subscribers whereas Loan is trailing far behind with only 517k. It seems by this time she would have reevaluated her procedure and seen she’s doing some thing wrong and changed, but no. So in my opinion she won’t grow unless she does some thing different.

She Has to to it to release it. Several American Dr's watch and say they also use a blade or needles to do this.. the skin is full if seeds and are stuck. If they just pinch how you want them them too it just makes more pain and sores. The Dr's in Vietnam send the patients to them for treatment and meds. They won't ever change for you.
