Watching this video, I had the impression that in most blackheads there was residue that was poorly squeezed at the bottom of the pore! We don't want to see blackheads being removed with a needle without squeezing them! Use the needle to open the way into the skin and then press the blackhead vigorously, using both thumbs! we want to see these carnations jumping, exploding, flying away!!!!! This is a highly zoomed in view and she's making nicks in the skin smaller than a paper cut. The skin is extremely resilient and takes a lot more than lancing techniques like this to scar it.
