If you're able to. Could you post a video of the top 3 best and worst UD hobby boxes (i.e. Platinum, series 1, extended etc) and the worst 3 so those who are new to the hobby can know what to avoid and what to buy

Just ripped a box and loved every second. Better than SPA this year. Maybe it's just not for everyone.

I've jumped in on a few case breaks with underwhelming outcomes. Tons of small hits(generous use of the word hit), but very light on bangers. Thanks for the break! I am looking at the Black Diamond James Bond box coming out later this year and drooling. Any thoughts on opening something like that on the channel?

I don’t think they’ll water down the Cup. Anything that people are willing to pay $1000 a pack for. Anything else is fair game though

I tried one of these and pulled an update Ice Premieres rookie patch auto /10 Kaprizov. I thought it was a 2021-22 at first, I was already very happy with card. But when I realised it was an actual rookie rpa/10, I couldnt believe it. Nice break man. Great stuff as always

You said it all Zeeree, Upper Deck does NOT care about the long game/hobby! Its pretty obvious at this point that their game is to flood the market with mass produced products for short term profits, awhile knowing they are going to sell out to Fanatics in the end. Upper Deck is copying Panini's game plan. If you think this year was bad, I can't even imagine what Upper Deck has in store for Bedard's draft year. I think everyone in North America will have a Bedard Young Guns!

Cool product but should be $120 max..

My box was identical in types just different players. I got 2 jersey, the mini card, base exquisite, same green/orang/pink.....

All I've found is in 2021 ud and the NHL came to. Long term agreement. I'm eating though so I can't be bothered to delve further.

Destroying a perfectly good card for a stupid mini that you need special sleeves and top loaders for is a big L imo. But to each their own.

Inconsistency is the word I would use to describe this product. I actually DID hit an auto in my box, so I'm "One and Done". I know the next box won't be that good.

Do we know for a fact that Equisite is considered a hit? I feel like they arnt. Just a nice bonus hit.

“Does Upper Deck really care about the long game?” - No, their job is to make money for them, not for you. They are concerned with meeting current demand as it ebbs and flows.

I like this product but maybe it's because of the dual rookie class that appeals to me and not so much the set itself, hard to say. I don't like the price points for any of the products lately to be honest and the release schedule is way too aggressive. It's almost like if you don't sell your cards on the secondary market within 3 weeks of a release date then you're screwed because people have already forgotten about the product.

Can you open a box 📦 of 17-18 series one. That did an update young guns clear cut that year. Someone just pulled an Ovechkin. I got a Duncan Keith

Also, can you start doing challenges, like buying SPA until you get a good RPA

They also came out with an e-pack exclusive fleer ultra boxes to open and the whole thing is a joke and money grab…seems to be the way they are going with all there products now

Ice is a no for me. There are some cool hits in there but not worth chasing imo. Better off just buying the singles after they have been pulled.

Those ice premiere minis are actually pretty sweet

I think this product is just right, yes there's a lot of excess but it's got a lot of potential too....to each his own.

It’s pretty garbage considering the price tag

here for entertanment only dont care for hochey or cards but love the videos .

on top of everything else they made it harder for set collectors to get base sets. They don't care about anything especially customers.

Why break it if your going to complain about it threw the vid. Oh yeah it was a free box from your sponsor.

the ceo of upper deck was on a podcast the other day and he seemed half sane but this is really bad money gouging.

Not sure why upper deck would care about what cards are worth after the sell them initially….that’s where they make their money….

Zeeree, I quit collecting hockey cards the year the players association gave exclusive rights to upper deck. And i wont buy any hockey cards until they get rid of the monopoly of hockey cards. Thanks for listening, Kurt

The owner of fanatics was on the nelk podcast and said that they are going to be disrupting the card business. They have the rights to the jerseys now so if they get rights soon to cards as well maybe upper deck will give a shit again. I

I dont blame you. Only time i buy UD products is in a break where I am supporting my boy Kenny. Im def never buying another box of cards untill the monopoly is gone. (If ever)

If it was $90 a box, it would be ok, but another shitty product from Upper Deck. Sadly the box breakers keep buying it up by the case so UD keeps milking it. If card collecting was still a hobby and not just a way for people to make money, the prices would still be reasonable

$170 and no autos? Those patches are blah. And the rookie cards aren’t going to worth what a young guns is.
