Dear Sir , I am just a rail ordinary enthusiast with slightest bit of engineering knowledge about rail engineering. Looking at lot of information available on net , i was came across Flexx Bogie developed by Bombardier which is as the name suggest has lateral movement on axis which could allow train to run at maximum speed even on curved tracks. I don not know if Bombardier is using same in its Movina Type trains manufactured in India. easily. But incase these are manufactured in India, India could easily pass the 300 km speed barrier with these bogies, Just as wild suggestion.
