Hello, I have 2 questions- Is charity the same as community services (non-profit org.) I work in community services. Are they exempt from LMIA ? What is the process if it is exempt and does it help in supporting PR and getting 50 points? I do not need a work permit but just PR support. Your response is highly appreciated.

my question is Canadian Govt LMIA issued for specific person after the clarification, I meant employer showed the govt i want lmia for this person from outside of canada.

If you have a valid/legal LMIA supported job offer from a Legitimate Canadian Employer, you may try to apply for a Work Permit.

After my online interview of canada jobs the recruiting manager says that i ( applicant) have pay for Airfair tickets Two ways(Can $2000) and work permit/ Visa fees ( Can $5000) Is this ok? Shall we have to pay for this?? i have applied self online and get google met interview and have positive response. Please reply me, i will be waiting ❤
