Yes you can by executing Slump sale. But it is little complicated and you would require minimum 2 partners. You can do this if it is very much required

LLC means Limited Liability Company. Private limited or Limited are some examples of LLC. Whereas LLP is different

U need additional person for both. U can go with One-Person company.
