What do you do to work on palm blocking? It is sounding so clean.

Man I learned from just trial and error with a mirror on my right hand til it looked and sounded right! But there is a website called “music city licks” Only 20 bucks a month and there is a few good lessons on there palm blocking that I still use to practice!
