Most people do not understand the importance of vacuum in ac pipe system before releasing the refrigerant gas in the piping system. There is physics involved in it. AC works on the principle of adiabatic expansion and the gamma value of the refrigerant gas (which is greater than 1) is very important to get effective cooling. It the refrigerant gas is contaminated with normal air, the gamma value of the gas will go down as gamma for natural air is 1. Hence you will not get optimum cooling!

I am using llyod since 2016, no problem

One month pahle hi ac 1.5 liya hai . New model par cooling nahi kar raha room fresh bhi nahi hota bahut pareshan ho gaye complent karo to ladhke ate hai aur Gyan dekar chle jate hai problem solve nahi karte

Lloyd best AC Indian brand baki AC kay naam jaeda hai bas mare pass 5 saal ho gaya best cooling abhi takk koi problem nahi hua bas vaccum jarur karao sahi baat hai

If the problem lies with the installer then it is the responsibility of the company to rectify. It should not be mandate for a customer to know the installation process.

मैंने Lloyed का 1.5 टन split अभी 2 महीने पहले ही लिया है लेकिन उसमें एक तो AC के ठीक नीचे की तरफ बैठने वालों को हवा नहीं लगती हैं मैने swing की हर setting करके देख लिया है यानी AC के ठीक नीचे हवा नहीं लगती हैं,वो कैसे मिलेगी?दूसरा indoor ac से पानी टपकता है,तीसरा 16 डिग्री temperature पर भी दूसरे AC के मुकाबले cooling नहीं हो रही हैं और Service center भी ठीक से response नहीं करता हैं इसलिए LLOYD AC लेकर पछता रहा हूं।

18 month pehle lloyd ac liya tha. Ab 1 month me 4 tecnician aa kar check kar rhe hai but unko ye samaj nahi aa rhi hai ki indoor unit me burf kion jam rhi hai.....

Gm Very good info. Had read so many complaints from rhe people about installation process not been done properly irrespective of the company or rather with all the ac companies.

Purchased lloyd 1.5 tonn 3 star inverter ac last year used only for 5 months , now it’s making too much loud noise for outdoor Sometimes it unbearable to hear . Really dissatisfied with the service They are telling me that sound related problems are nkt covered in warranty I suggest skip lloyd AC , go for voltas /samsung or any other brand

Using lloyd from 9 years till now no issue only 3 time gas change and normal servicing

My loayd ac without maintaining 5 year completed and now its running condition...now finally after then make the outdor are issue minur

AC Wale bhaiya ji, mene 2 Ton ka Lloyd AC liya hai Esme power cable 2.5 sq mm 4 core diya hai Lloyd ke taraf se. Lekin wire Kum pad Gaya aur Technician ne 18 feet extra cable lagaya hai , jo 1.5 sq mm 4 core hai. Kya ye 1.5 square mm ka cable shi hai mere 2 Ton AC ke liye. Dhanyavad 🙏🙏🙏
