Thank you Aiden! Your videos are the BEST and are truly amazing! I am THIS close to getting an LLC (NY) but there are things that are really confusing or very difficult to find information on. I hope you can address these in future videos or can answer my questions. Thank you in advance. - For a single member LLC, I need to name a beneficiary. Is it better to name the beneficiary in the operating agreement (and how to phrase that?) or is the entire business willed to someone (and what special documentation would I need for that?). - Are LegalZoom type LLCs worth it or are they too cookie cutter? - If my LLC owns a book, for example, an intellectual property and I want to sell that intellectual property to another company (or roll it from one LLC to a different LLC that I own) how do I do that?

I have a quick legal question for you. Can I legally mention Amazon in my sales flyer? Amazon has certain products that my customers will be purchasing and requiring installation, so can I say " You buy the product from Amazon, we do the installation"? or should I just say "you buy the product from an online retailer"?
