Gift, this is the 3rd video of yours that I've watched and I have recently came across your channel during my interest in Wits University, it's activities and videos posted and I would like to say you're doing well, keep on working on your content and content structuring so it can build up well from start to finish because it will help you not to progress with one question and then sometimes repeat what you've covered, which in turn makes your interviews come across as being a bit all over the place and not having a proper following sequence. Please also work on making sure that your videos don't have an abrupt ending, such as this one as the Advocate was still talking and it just ended but overall you're doing very well and I enjoyed listening in. What's the difference between an advocate, lawyer and attorney

According to my understanding Lawyer is a general name for legal practitioner. As to say advocate and attorney are lawyers Attorney is legal practitioner who represent a client on a legal matters , drafting a will, contract ect . Qualifications:LLB Practical training : articles for 2 years Advocate is a legal practitioner who pleads and litigate on behalf on his client in Court cases. Qualifications:LLB Practical training:pupilage for 1 year. I hope this will help and I stand to be corrected
