Llangollen Railway Autumn Steam Gala 2018
Ivatt 2MT 2-6-0 46521 (Great Central Railway) and GWR Pannier Tank 0-6-0PT 7714 (Severn Valley Railway) joined home fleet members GWR 64XX 0-6-0PT 6430, GWR 51XX 2-6-2T 5199 and BR Std 4MT 2-6-4T 80072 during a very wet Llangollen Railway Steam Gala. All footage is taken between Berwyn and Deeside Halt, with the opening shot 45621 at Deeside Halt.

Amazing. A UK train video with rain!
Well done for managing to get to this. The weather in Wales wasn't too encouraging this weekend. Great show by the Pannier at 1:50!

Excellent video from the Gala.
Great Video, although it rained i think it added to the ambience. Nice to see the suspension bridge repaired and in use. Well done for standing in the rain to make the video.
Excellent filming of the gala mate 👍😉 I'm surprised there was a mixed train formation during the event. Shame that the weather was raining had to come during the afternoon.

Lovely video. A little disaapointing to see loco crew wearing high-viz on the footplate though (I know that's not your fault!!)

Once my favorite line, however having moved back to the Northeast I'm now a fully committed nymr convert. Still, this footage brought back some happy memories, especially of the weather! 😂 Guy.x

we worked with what we had we realy strugle to get locomotive and stock out of the yard by road we did are best and people enjoyed it its ment to be a BRANCH LINE GALA with short trains why dont you try and orginise somthing like this......

@@AndreiTupolev yes you dont need mainline stars to make a gala just need to put on a good show i was on the mixed train all day in the toad van with 2 wagons and a sub in the rain but had a nice fire in the vans stove
