B cannot ask for specific movable property i.e table. From c because c was acting in good faith and he had no knowledge about the original contract between A &B. But B can claim compensation from A for whatever loss he has incurred due to his non performance.

For ur kind information LLM is plus point for judicial selection after reaching viva...and get promotion easily....so all most all judges completed LLM in karnataka

Not a plus..point...it's a fault of your state bar council..llm is only for accedemic line...nothing else...go and ask supreme court...they could get..better answer ...

No...bci certificate is mandatory...and you got a 10-12 years..serious pratice...than you get your luck to chair high court...
