Sounds ridiculous, but alright. Electronic Arts was around even during LJN's time doing (mostly) Genesis games and publishing Dark Castle on the console. I know one good Genesis game, Skitchin. It's amazing how they started with sports and from 1994 we had The Need for Speed.

holy shit, I just realized I've played this. I was at a kid's house in 1992 and I saw it tucked away in a corner. I begged the kid for half an hour to hook it up so we could try it. I couldn't believe how resistant he was, he kept telling me how much it sucked. He FINALLY relented and connected it up. I was excited for about 5 seconds as I drew some crappy lines... I lost interest in it faster than it took for him to hook it up lol

The funny thing is that Mario Paint would later evolve into Super Mario Maker, mixing platforming with the palette and the music composer into something awesome. And everything is there: the guys doing sit-ups, the flies to swat, the saving robot.

+Igorcastrochucre Super Mario Maker was probably the best possible successor that game could've gotten. Really, the only thing that would've made it better (certain elements from the original Mario games aside) is if they had the music composer tool in it, but it's still fantastic without that.

Yes. I wanted to comment on that part as well. It made me laugh. An LJN reveal to AVGN is worse than Darth Vader revealing that he is Luke's father. Funnier, too.

Wow can't believe they really made something like this. Glad I never had the dishonor of owning this. And the squeak it makes. That's a sound that won't be forgotten any time soon.

Honestly, the message at the end really does help during this epidemic when we are all feeling a bit down. Thanks AVGN for making my days brighter with your content. Keep it up man!

You know what's a fun drinking game? Step 1: Put some beers in the fridge, if you live nearby a store that sells Roll'n Rock, buy it. Step 2: Go to cinemassacre's playlist 'AVGN'. Step 3: Set the order to random. Step 4: Get your beers out of the fridge. Step 5: Press the 'next video button' in the video screen, so that you get a random video to begin with. Step 6: Every time James takes a sip, you do too. Step 7: Keep doing this until you run out of beer. Have Fun!

Mario Paint was really fun. ^_^ You could draw, paint, make music, and play the fly swatter game. Messing with MS Paint was fun because it was similar in ways to Mario Paint.
