Correct. People endure what they have to to keep a check especially if that check is better than what else they can see happening for them. When people quit, they are doing so in faith that they can get better or what they are going to has better pay to take the chance for a better experience.

People have to survive and that means at times putting up with things in order to survive. In survival mode things like happiness and mental health are secondary to survival

I feel it’s true. No one peeped a few years ago that the song Rumors by lizzo with Cardi B. She spoke about people wanna sue her, allegations and how she didn’t gaf. So this has been going on for a while, with people threatening to sue. Celebrities think NDAs will silence people.

Lizzo brought him out of hiding.

It’s so many people saying the same thing. I can see Lizzo being a bully. Because she is so quick to get emotional when anyone says anything to her about her behaviors. She gaslights and brings it back to people just make fun of her cause she’s big. No Lizzo, you behave badly sometimes and if a skinny girl did that we would clown them to. She never takes responsibility. Bullies never take responsibility for their actions.

I definitely think the religious harassment allegations are true after seeing the dance captain's video. I wish more people understood that religion & the church is where some individuals experienced trauma (most often as children). Being constantly reminded of how "good god is" could potentially be triggering depending on what that person experienced. But most people don't really take the time to even consider that.🙄

True! I have trauma related to religion and the Bible being used by my mother to justify physically abusing me. I have trauma from the church because I saw how toxic and nasty some of the church folk were and the drama they into the pulpit and sanctuary. I was also physically disciplined by my mother on 3 separate occasions because of bad behavior at church events. So I can definitely relate to having triggers connected to religion.

Sounds like the simple case of she thought they was friends. Employees are not friends. Because if they were just friends then you can get mad and get over it. But as an employee if you get mad that I'm not getting wild at the strip club, I become the "boring" co worker that no want wants to hang out with now I get fired. I lose my job because you've put me in a friend space where I shouldn't have been.

I understand that sometimes a person has to gather themselves to say something but also if a person waits, it may be problematic to prove certain things.

12:27 on top of that we dont know when these people got paid. They are contract workers in another COUNTRY. If they said no and got fired how were they getting home. If ive learned nothing else from the SAG and writers strike, it's that not everyone in entertainment is making a living wage so some people probably couldn't afford to quit when they would then be responsible for hotel and flights back home.
