Living with Type 2 Diabetes - Ron's Story - The Nebraska Medical Center
During a routine check-up, some of Ron's lab results were cause for concern. The diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes caught him off guard, but he adjusted quickly and began to make some changes.
He started counting carbs and calories and has started exercising again. He says the help and support he gets from his family helps the healthy lifestyle changes take hold.

Keep going ron
One comment he said, doesnt make any sense to me, how does lifting at the gym put more weight on? Unless you talking about muscle mass, which I would think be beneficial for someone who has problems with sugar.

Lifting weights can make you more hungry and you end up eating more

Correct. Building muscle is great for insulin sensitivity, as well as only eating whole foods but not much fruit, intermittent fasting, good sleep.

You ( sadly ) can’t be CURED of diabetes. There isn’t even really any such thing as diabetes “reversal.” Just management of the condition.
I don’t know what I would have done without your help. Thank you so much for curing my Type 2 Diabetes with your herbs Dr Igudia.
Great experience doc, you are a godsent dr odija on KZread, keep up the good work, I am completely free from HSV2........
Thank you for your story. Teach your children about diabetes and get the candy out of the house. There is a genetic factor to type two diabetes and your kids could develop the disease. I developed the disease from my father. I’ll say this because I hate the disease and I’d like to see it stopped.

It's not just the candy... It's eating too often, eating manufactured / powderized food PRODUCTS with very little natural fiber. Eat WHOLE FOODS + WATER or tea, Build muscle, (less of the cardio + calorie restriction nonsense), better sleep. **Check out Dr Jamnadas and Dr Jason Fung for scientific backing
If the world had more people like you, it would be a better place. You make a difference, Dr Igudia thank you for curing my type 2 diabetes and introducing your medical products to the worlds
Life is fucking cruel all my life I told to believe it only happened to fat people, I was so wrong and I'm constantly questioning my old ways.

Nope, you get sick internally / metabolically through frequency of eating, eating manufactured food PRODUCTS instead of whole foods and water, lack of muscle, and a lack of sleep. This is Insulin resistance. Then the weight gain can happen eventually. Dr Jamnadas & Dr Fung give great instructions how to completely reverse it. (Firstly, please everyone just ignore fasting glucose tests, very inaccurate. A1C misses 73% of full blown diabetics! Get the Kraft insulin test Dr Jamnadas recommends.)
Meeting Dr IGUDIA KZread channel was the beginning of a new life for me after using his herbs medication in curing my Diabetes disease.
Dont eat sugar and ahitty stuff before its too late
Stop focusing on weight training and work on CARDIO!! Weight training doesn't burn enough calories but cardio does. Proves he still doesn't know enough about weight loss.

Lol cardio + calories in/calories out model fails 99% after the 2 year mark. And it's not from discipline, your metabolism slows to adjust. Look up The Obesity Code or The Diabetes Code
