I defo enjoyed listening to it. Life is a joy and a struggle. Life and the human experience is very complex and layered and should be lived as full, deep, shallow, exciting, boring, engaging or ambitious as everyone sees fit. Self awareness and the willingness to grow, expand, absorb and experience life will give us the tools, inside and wisdom to get out of life whatever it is we seek. Happiness is maybe one thing (which paradoxically isn't found when chasing it but jumps at you in the most unexpected moment) but mist of us look for meaning and fulfillment which brings contentment and a deeper sense of connection, community and consciousness and hopefully the feeling that life was worth living. Btw it's weird watching friends discussing interesting stuff and than I catch myself trying to join, talking to the screen 😂
