Well I don't think preaching has anything to do with rights or whatnot Anyone absolutely anyone can preach as long as you are saying the right thing and that exactly is what he is doing Allah never said there are special people who should preach and certain people who should not He made mistakes which all of us do and he repented he turned to Allah and he is trying to warn others to learn from his mistake You have no right whatsoever to judge him
