Love your long hair Helen! I used to have tapes myself but now changed to weave and it’s awesome! Takes about 15 minutes and lasts for 8 weeks - will never go back to tapes. Worth trying. Have a lovely week ❤

I’ve followed you for years and it’s so nice to see you embracing the little moments in life - from birdsongs to sun reflecting in the sun. It’s such a good thing for the soul. For the Omelette - I push the sides of the egg towards the middle of the pan with a spatula and tilt the pan to allow the runny egg to fall to the sides to then sit and cook. Once nearly cooked I’ll sprinkle cheese and pop it under the grill for like 5 mins! Boom Omelette 🫶🏻

Enjoyed seeing all your beach visits. I love the beach too. :) If you go paddle boarding again just make sure you wear a bouyoncy aid and take a phone in a waterproof phone bag or dry bag. Can get bouyacy vests for dogs too. Safety first :) Love seeing you so content and loving life enjoying the little things. X

Hey Helen, Yanno what could be a cool addition to the shop... ear tunnels/plugs. Just noticed you have yours stretched. I'm such a fan of your vlogs and it's so lovely seeing you enjoying life 💚 Need to know how the hell you manage your ADHD to be this consistent with your routine. I'm find my energy is just NEVER there and struggling to not just doom scroll and hop into bed at every occasion. Have you found going into the Office and getting out of the house helpful? Also, be interested to know anything else you've found helpful outside of meds as I'm struggling to find a GP here that will opt in for shared care with my private GP after diagnosis. Ramble over, love ya lots x

Having the office and an anchor has really helped me with my get up and go. My morning routine is essential for me to get going otherwise I will sit and scroll and procrastinate. The joy I get from completion of my routine gives me the buzz to keep going is that makes sense?
