Hi @Interior Iosis by Nihara No two sites/projects have similar design/layout which is a USP of your team and the way your channel evolved from the 2D layout and then to 3D in parallel along with the actual implementation of the project is exceptional. I do like the small details of what you and your team think, before implementing the design. I believe a good team is needed, as it is not easy to coordinate with various teams (Carpenters/Electricians/Electronics/Plumbers/Civil…) to implement a successful project. Ah, your team lives in Mumbai. I hope I can find a good Architect as your team for my home that I am planning to construct in the next two years. T

I m surprise to see temple at kitchen. I learn how manage crockery units with space for washing machine things as well as cleaning things like broom and dust pan for clutter free with switch board for neat and clean. i like conceal and side table also.

Loved your new project and all the episodes. You really explain well about concepts, design, utilisation and implementation with overcoming challenges for each project. I have been following you and have seen amazing evolution in your work. Had a question, about the softwares you use for planning and 3D views. And what configuration of computer you advise for interior designers.

Beautiful planning and execution Nihara !! I really liked the mirrors and the crockery cabinet but even more wa the space utilisation behind the crockery unit. Simply loved the way you get that last corner utilised. I wanted to know how do the cables from say Xbox or set top box etc goes to the TV without any panelling to hide ? I don’t see any panelling that was sone in this video .. is there a trick for this ? Thanks in Advance !! ❤

my learning is the need to leave space for venting of dryer. i knew it in my heart but good to see the implementation.

In my bathroom while laying tiles, the mistry didn't lay them in angle & now the edge of the tiles is visible. Pls advice what can be used on the edge of the tiles to hide or cover them. I guess the drier exhaust in the kitchen is a bad idea as there will be lint in the exhaust polluting the kitchen. I would have found a way to put it in the balcony or somewhere outside. Other than that it's a good design. How much did it cost?

Yes, a lot of credit goes to the clients as they gave us creative freedom + extra time for detailing, and the right rates(To my contracting team) that these details deserved!

We had made a long Cutout of 18" x 6 feet in the wall and made a Lintel of 9"x 7 feet to support the wall weight above. Similar to a window or a door opening detail. and we have added a 15mm marble partition from the Bedroom side + a niche box in marine plywood.
