I appreciate that you researched this and explained it in a way that is clear and easy to understand! I am currently designing a multi-family home on a lot next to some overhead power lines. Since I have never ran into this before I was very interested to learn how this will affect the future residents that will live in this home. Thank you and I hope you continue with videos like this!
