SO sweet!!! Thank you for writing. We just confirmed that there is one Beazer duet left on the water. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom. 18279 Shoreline Vista Ln.
Just left out there visiting a friend/resident. Towne Lake is AWESOME!

Great question. All school ratings can be found here - www.har.com/school. Cy-Fair ISD consistently ranks at the top.
What about your hurricane?
DON’T buy in Towne Lake if you actually want to use the lake. There is a 100 people plus waiting list for a Marina Slip. Probably a 10 year waiting list. Frustrating
