This was good, I enjoyed it. My family lived in Issaquah for generations until getting priced out in the early 90's. Sammamish has grown quite a bit and is a nice place to live, if you can afford it.

You can catch a bus straight from sammamish to Seattle. Also, sammamish is part of the Issaquah school district.

Not sure where the Sammamish “town center” shots are that you showed?
Some corrections. 1) Sammamish has both school districts. I live in Sammamish and we’re in the Issaquah School District. 2) the crime rates are percentage based not population. Think per capita versus total. Sammamish is in the top 4 nationally for a city of its size.

The photos you have used for the Sammamish town center were used for planning and show alot more than there really is. It is a bedroom community.
How does income of $109,000 support a million dollar mortgage?

Median income is calculated considering people living in apts, townhomes and houses. And the million dollar range is for single family home.
