Great video Robert! My favorite part of Hollywood is inside Hollywood Lakes. Between the circle and the bridge that takes you over to the beach. Beautiful older and solid homes in that neighborhood.

It's been ten years now since the last time I lived in the states, when I was an international student there. How much is it now to rent a one bedroom apartment in hollywood?

I'm looking to move to Florida from nj, but my credit isn't the best. I've been slowly building it up. Finding a place is hard for sure.

Hi my wife and I are very interested in moving to Hollywood Florida. Our budget for rent is around $2200 per month. Do you think this would be enough to live in a nice apartment in a decent area?

Been renting in Emerald Hills neighborhood for 9 years now. Landlord raised rent from $2200 to $2700 for a 2bd2ba, $2200 may be a little low or a little high depending on # of bedrooms and bathrooms.

What's the crime rate like? And do they have houses on the beach or just Condos because they can get more people in? Thanks

@@MiddleAgeMike That's interesting, I've lived in Broward since 2005 and show homes all the time and can't remember seeing no trespassing, beware of dog, and camera signs on half the homes. Thanks for the comment and for watching.

@@MiddleAgeMike Been living in Hollywood for nearly as decade. If your in Liberia, your in the wrong place. Nearly everything bad in Hollywood is in the Liberia or Park East areas.

Hi can you tell me how racially and culturally diverse Hollywood is? Im thinking about a move and really need diversity in the neighborhood I move to. (Family is Nigerian and Italian and I’m coming from a diverse area in Chicago.) Thanks so much!

In Hollywood you see mostly whites, blacks and Hispanics. In that order. I do not see a lot of asian people here. The Russian and Jewish Community is big too. Resident 3 years. Hope this helps.
