Good interview! I have some info and experience having a Romanian company since 6 years and living in Germany as a resident: 1. German corporate tax incl. dividend payout is not 56% (30+26) in total, it's around 49%. The 26% dividend tax you pay on the profits after 30% is taxed in the company. Around 49% all in all. 2. Hiring an employee for your Romanian company must be as a director, if you want to meet the guidelines of the double taxation treaty. Because company decisions must be made in the foreign country. A hired director can do that for the owner. The salary must be not too low, meaning at least over 2000 EUR per month to be accepted by the German tax authorities (Finanzamt). In other EU countries there are chances the salary can be lower. 3. To be stated as a 1% tax micro company in Romania, you need to hire 'your employee' within the 1st month after opening the company. If you miss the deadline you are a 16% profit tax payer company. You need to then wait for the next year or open another company again and be on time (1 month). Keeping that in mind and you can fully enjoy that Romanian tax model - even when living in Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, etc.

I'm a Romanian who lives in Germany and I would like to open my IT Consultancy as an SRL in Romania. I'm wondering what are the steps that the German government accepts it and also if I am able to have health insurance in Germany or not? How is your experience with this? Would help me a lot some advices:)

If you have a company in Romania and you're earning dividends from that, then what will be your personal status in Germany? Will you have a self employed / freelancer status and will you be working for your Romanian company? Or will you open a GBMH in Germany where you will be employed and that GMBH will work for your Romanian company?

Can you please compare registering a business in Singapore vs Romania and operating from Germany. As Singapore has much more streamline tax systems and paper works are completely digital!

This is very dangerous advice and makes me question how genuine your other videos are. If one is tax resident in Germany, any income generated from a company in romania (personal or business income) is taxable in Germany. Full stop. They may not catch you straight away, but they will eventually catch you.

Again, from the looks of it, this is still just tax evasion. This is still fake business activity and we have tons of companies being audited for the same in Poland and across Europe atm. Essentially, when your business has nothing to do with Romania. One good report and audit can get you in bigger problems.

I think 99 % of all tax solutions talked about on KZread requires a step where you break the law in practice. Either that or you loose almost all income from high tax jurisdictions.
