We live in the marina at LHP and absolutely love living here! It is the closest thing to living in a quaint little community-focused town on the water anywhere here in South Florida. We're off the beaten path just enough to keep things quiet but still convenient. The LHP police are tough on crime, engaged in the community and with the license plate reader system on every entry exit road, you can't get into or out of the area in a vehicle without your plate being recorded (a bit creepy but if it keeps our community safe I'll take it). All of that, plus friendly neighbors and the water /salt lifestyle and to us it is the perfect and only place to live in South Florida.

The exact area where you live, sounds like a dream! I absolutely love the lighthouse area on the water as well. Good to know about the police participation in the community. I didn’t know that. Thank you so much for watching!
