How is Sundance? Gonna rent a home there, we are homebodies mostly. I do work part-time rideshare. House backs up to Abrazo Buckeye community ER, I hope it is not busy with ambulance traffic at all hours. Looks like a sleepy place compared to Palm Springs which is fine with me.

Sundance is a fairly quiet community. I just had some clients of mine who are also a little more homebodies move into Sundance, and they are the closest road to the hospital and haven't had any complaints about the community!

We moved to Buckeye in 2021 and we love it , we purchased a home in a new community. When the kids move out and out to college we will buy in Verrado (=

How about Allen ranches in litchfield park which is very close to Goodyear/buckeye?

we are planing to move to Buckeye in Dec looking to rent and in the future buy and we hope you can help us

Look up teravalis buckeye it’s coming soon not far from tartesso and surprise so it’ll be in the north west corner of buckeye also you can look up buckeye 2040 and it’ll show where they plan on building the next 20 years

Closer than other areas of Phoenix for those summer road trips to SoCal 😎

Yes it is! My family lives in SoCal, so we take that drive all the time. Buckeye saves about 30-60 minutes off the drive compared to other parts of Phoenix

That’s awesome! I think those are two great spots. Surprise is a little more developed with more communities/restaurants, and Buckeye will be a little cheaper. I have just recently heard about all the work they are going to be doing at Teravalis. That can definitely change the future of Buckeye and bring a crazy amount of growth and demand to the area. It is a while until that starts to fully unveil, but they did just break ground

They probably going to run out of water soon though aren’t they?

No Buckeye hasn’t shown signs of running out of water soon. There’s a lot of different opinions out there, but Buckeye is in line with the rest of the bigger Phoenix cities.

Don’t move here!! We are moving out of here because they are building so many new industrial and manufacturing buildings just wherever. The roads can’t handle the increase in demand so there is a ton of construction constantly! 10 years ago I loved it here but the last few years have totally ruined it!

Buckeye is running out of water.

If Buckeye is running out then all of the greater Phoenix area is as well.

Buckeye use to be great. Now all these people moving here are pure trash. It is an awful place to be now.
