Living in Bora Bora. French Polynesia
Ойын-сауық
Bora Bora French Polynesia 4K. Reality of living.
In this episode you are going to see fish in the airport, how to open a coconut, hide battery banks in the your pockets and how to jump start a family car.
I`m beginng my journey in Moorea Airport which is small one because it only have 3 flights to another islands per day.
So unfortunately air Tahiti allows you to take only 5 kg in the hand lugged carry on so I need to do some repacking lets see what happen cause I really have a lot of weight in hand luggage look like also I will need to take my battery banks in my pockets so I have to cheat a little bit lets see what happen. My battery banks they weight a lot.
Airport is small but they have a snack bar which offer baguette with French fries inside. Bora Bora offers a lot of excursions and I’m going without a plan what to do there
Check in for the hotels starts right away at the airport so on the arrival you do not go to reception, you are going from the boat straight in to your room.
I`m going to the main island by ferry which is free and takes only 20 minutes. Some of the hotels in Bora Bora cost over 1000 USD a night per person but Im staying in airbnb bungalow which is located right at the bay, great spot for me because I`m able to fly the drone and take some good shoots for the sunset.
Family of Blaqu is living directly on the water shore in Fanui Bay. Before I go inside the house let me show you the sorounding. They have small house which he build himself, tranquil life with many coconut and mango trees. My day and time in Bora Bora is almost over, my next island to visit is Maupiti

My friends from Tonga love to vacation in the dessert (Vegas and Arizona)
No winter clothes, no heating, cheap house, free land, play the guitar, wife and kids what else you want ? Maybe new battery for your car and that's it ))). I still love expensive cars, luxury girls and beautiful islands- don't have any yet but I try to say that everybody deserve what he/she wants and hope without wars, conflicts etc.

It is amazing to see how they live off the land and have more than I see on a daily basis. Being at home more during this time has really helped shift my mindset regarding living more off the land (placing items in my body). Thank you for the video.

Don't believe it, Polynesians are some of the most unhealthy now as their diet and lifestyle has changed from 200+ years ago. Most people prefer to shop at supermarkets and eat imported food rather than producing their own and they're not as physically active as before, like most people around the world.
The locals there so beautiful! I met one family like that and they used their boat for carrying my and my friends back to the port when there was no taxi! Hopefully, I can back there again.

Very. nice. people.
Life is very simple in the islands and living off the land is the best and healthy way of living. The problem now is many people there are now heavily being introduced to many things western even their lifestyle and the kind of "success" they are being "forced" to prefer and like. I don't have to blame anyone, but it's just the trend the whole world is taking upon itself that you need to have money, you need to have electricity, running water, western styled houses, the "images" of a civilized modern world, dressed up certain way, act certain way, etc etc. Most young Islanders of today find it hard to go back to live simple lives like that because they have adopted a kind of "modern" lifestyle where instant gratifications and verifications from other people play a big part in their mentality, etc that any decision to go back to simple lifestyle is seen as a "downgrading" from the modern life..

I totally agree with you! I believe that we're not supposed to live like this what destroys us and our planet ! We're not supposed to get dressed in 5 min. and eat breakfast in 1 min and drive with the subway while we're surfing in social media , sit 8 hours in front of the Pc eat fast and in the end of the day watch Netflix to get more manipulated
Omg, he is so kind n humble
When I realized it was Blanqui's music that you used right from the start of the video, it tied it all together. Nicely done, he should receive some royalties! I'd use that for some of my backgrounds if I could...very relaxing.
