Beverly Hills has a better school district and it's an actual city, vs. Bel Air is not actually a city but part of City of Los Angeles and LA Unified, though most people living in Bel Air probably have their kids home schooled or private school.

Great upload, both are wonderful places to explore if you are visiting southern California. I enjoy driving through sunset boulevard from Pacific Palisades through Bel Air to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, one of my favorite joyrides with wonderful scenery, attractions and homes.

It's very good to learn about the areas where you show homes. The way you and Raul visually show these areas make you feel like you are there walking yourself. Great Video!!! Thank you Darren and Raul!!

I'm loving what you done this week Darren & Raul. I don't know much about LA in general but I know this is the two of the most Expensive Area's of LA. The high end shops, Expensive houses and Mansion you could ever lived in....The neighborhood are definitely celebrity filled. Glad that you done this for your viewers, I as a viewer appreciate this and its good to see more of LA this way. If you ask me what kind of car I like ill go for Bentley, ppl probably likes Lamborghini more lol. But definitely I like this type of video's i think its a nice thing and I always love all your 🏠 Tours they are always been Amazing! Darren I'd love to see a "getting to know Darren and Raul" type of video. All we know about you guys is you like to do house tours and Raul films them. Not saying you have to tell us where the mansion you in live is or about the millions of dollars in your bank account, but just a little about your background and who you are.

I created a floorplan similiar to this except in the family area where it ends I left open , that is where i put my bar and pool table, so you can actually walk thru on bothsides where the tv sits, I also added a smoke room , love cigars, on the side of the pool roo is looks dam awesome few more changes its a real seller, but its my custome hoome design for myself . thanks for showing the homes 690k for house and 23k on land , Georgia

Should also mention that Beverly Hills is its own city, and Bel-Air is just a neighborhood in Los Angeles.

I really like Beverly Hills and Bel Air, but I prefer Beverly Hills, and the Maclarens.

The playboy mansion photo was another house.

I think I prefer Bel Air to Beverly Hills because there is more green space and it seems prettier. There are 3 cars that I like an Aston Martin DB7, an E-Type Jaguar and a Morgan. I enjoyed this wander around, please can you visit Lincoln Heights - not as posh as Beverly Hills but it is gentile and you can get some of the best tacos and burritos in town and the best coffee and cake at La Monarcha

You two are great. I was just on Santa Monica Blvd about 5 hours ago where you shot in BH. I have to say I prefer The Pacific Palisades, it is more chill with less "posers" (forgive the judgmental implications of that world)

Hey Darren and Raul! This video is different. I love cars like McLaren, rolls royce, and tesla. I wish I could be in luxurious cars. Beverly Hills and Bel-Air have expensive homes and I believe it is safer than most neighborhoods in the world.
