The average person has never been so poor. Millions of families are struggling financially as living expenses hit highest levels in more than four decades.over 60% of our country lives paycheck to paycheck and about 40% earns poverty wages. Even after working their lives,more than a quarter of old people have no savings and many believe they will never be retired in dignity, while around 55% of elderly people to survive on an income less than $25,000 a year . My primary concern is how to grow my reserve of $500k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains.

I've caught a number of her vlogs on youtube. She's got a great personality. The apartment is pretty nice for Paris. People who live in Paris often live in such gross conditions that they are too self-conscious to let you enter their units.

So fun seeing what your money gets you in different parts of the world! Paris certainly is a city with charm!

I enjoyed watching this. Tiffany, her hair, her style and her apartment are all so refreshing. Plus I enjoyed finding out what the process was that she went through to find her apartment and the cost of everything.

This is what living is all about! Exploring! My daughter is off to university soon and she plans on living in London for a bit.

Inflation hits people a lot harder than a crashing stock or housing market as it directly affects people's cost of living that people immediately feel the impact of. It's not surprising negative market sentiment is so high now. We really need help to survive in this Economy. The fin-Market;s have underperformed the U.S. economy as fear of inflation hammers the prices of stock;s and bonds. My portfoliio of $250k is down to $192k any recommendation;s to scale up my return;s during this crash will be highly appreciated.

@@judsonjarred772 I agree, my proffit have been quite consistent, regardless of market situation, I got in early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from a portfolio-adviser. I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. long story short, its been two years now and I’ve gained over $850k following guidance from my inveestment adviser.

This lady is EXTRAORDINARILY blessed to find an apartment for 1100 euro in Paris. The most affordable one I found was 2200 Euro in the 8th. Her nails are also extraordinarily nice.

Average price for a basement studio in Toronto is 2000 dollars, 1300 is an amazing price for a one bedroom above ground.

It’s so cheap! I just realized she is talking in dollars, her place is only €1175! In my city of Amsterdam you would pay atleast €1400 for that. Which is $1548

The 18th arr. is not a very safe area, hence the price drop I think.

That balcony is the selling point for me. So cute. Pretty good space and price for furnished 1 bedroom in a major city.

The best part of my visit to Paris was Montmartre/the 18th arrondissement. Such a cool area to hang out in! Thanks for sharing Tiffanie's experience.

the only issue i have with real estate in paris is that it has the highest number of non use 2nd homes causing insane renting prices. Its worse than new york.

Even if you filled all of the empty homes, the demand would still be insatiable. There are just too many people who want to live in the desirable parts of Paris and not enough apartments for all of them. There are lots of zoning laws that seek to preserve the character of the city instead of allowing more units to be built, which I understand since Paris is so beautiful. But it's a big tradeoff. Compare that with places like Seoul or Tokyo, where land rights are strong and developers can build tons of housing units to meet demand and keep rent prices stable. The tradeoff there is that you end up with quirky buildings and strangely shaped apartments. That produces a different kind of beauty.
