these two it great to see a young couple going for it, it was on the point about the dog... we travel with our cat Lowki, he is 5 years old Siamese Rag Doll mix, he loves traveling, just open the door he's in.. he comes when called and never wanders, he stays close to us, he loves to go for a walk around the sites, all sites have dogs, Lowki is fine and people are fascinated with him. Nice one there kat found it interesting listening to the couples adventures .and happy for them .I would advise anybody who thinking of that sort of life style is before u go out and sell your home and give up your job is hire a motor home or camper van and take time off from work and take a tour around UK and Europe to see if it for u first to b on the safe side because once u comit it much harder to get everything bak to what u had cheers kev

I'm giving up my flat in August to go back to full time motorhoming . Agree totally about the storage for furniture and stuff . A complete waste of money . Giving my goods away to family and friends .

Very good interview. Thanks for sharing. I've mentioned on other sites about the lack of water and waste facilities in season and off in the Highlands, especially since the nc 500 became a thing. It is not always met with enthusiasm sorry to say. I'd love to do more travelling but personal circumstances means that it doesn't happen often. Love to hear the stories and adventures.

I would advise couples to both have a suitable driving licence for your vehicle. Unforeseen things can happen at any time, illness disability etc. Much better to get your license now, while not under pressure.

for your mail try Post Restante available to any Post Office, for the ROKU use a VPN on the wifi and set it to a UK ip address and it would not matter if you are in europe.

I want to do a big step in my life with my husband to sell our mortgage apartment that is not suiting us and get a double decker bus for motorhome. I only worry if the size of it wouldnt be a trouble for parking in places for a longer time etc.

I drove a 7m motorhome around Scotland (more than the NC500) over 18 days last summer. I was on my own with my dog who is 14. What would you advise if you considering going full time, if you are on your own?

With arguments, ask yourself if you’re being one of the 98% of people who worry about the 98% of stuff that doesn’t matter!
