The hallways are absolutely ugly, for 2 million +. This unit looks okay. But personally I would never buy it. It’s really nothing special. And rent a box for 800$. Not tasteful at all. You do know there are people who can’t find a home.

Well my country is Canada because I'm Canadian :) However, my motherland China 2 million dollar doesn't get you that much. 800 sqft condo in an older building....similar to that of New York. We are an internationally renowned place, and people all over the world want to live here but it isn't just the Chinese. Although, the Chinese have an history thats intertwined with British Columbia. 2020-2023 Has been mostly driven by local buyers and sellers FYI.
