May I ask on wood painted on outside? Type of wood and how did you & type of paint? Beautiful home! Love all of it.

@@lakeerie5857 Hello! We used Sansin Enviro Stain on the outside, the clear coat and a red reddish colour was called Calico. For the blue/grey colour we used Eco Stain. The wood is western red cedar T&G

Hi! From where did you get the tub and is it cast iron or acrylic ?

Whats really cool is seeing SO many ppl design based on priorities: natural sunlight, owning less, composting, upcycled, reclaimed, simplicity. Music, animals. Makes me so happy. Live simply so that others can simply live. 💛

Thank you so much for sharing your home through your film. It's easy to fall into a depression during these crazy times and I'm sure that you are cheering many, many people up immeasurably, myself included. And thank you too just for doing things a better way. I don't understand and my heart cannot cope with disposable society, with its "make so it breaks" planned obsolescence and the overriding obsession with material things; it's so desperately soulless and heartbreaking. Thanks for sharing your dreams and inspiring others to fulfill theirs.

@@gracestepanova6473 hello! Our house is about 11,500 lbs and yes, we moved it when we drove from Vancouver island and took it on a ferry. About 5 hours of travel! We also had a crane lift it onto the platform it’s on now too! Lol we do have plans to move it one day if we get land elsewhere. That’s the beauty of it, a permanent home no matter where you are! 🧡

Damn guys this came together so well. Great to see EA cover it and get some crispy footage of the finished product!

Kind of an easy fix with the new use of once only used as farm feed/bath tubs. Or put one outside. Hot tub? Seems like there's always a fix. I agree on the style. It doesn't ever looked dated. She got her tub. Haha nice

I’m sure I’ve watched 1,000+ tiny home videos but this by far is the best one I’ve seen yet. The interior, the details of the exterior, the layout-every part of it. I love that privacy/safety wall in your loft bedroom. The tv room is so perfectly fun and cozy up there. The bathroom, the kitchen-EVERYTHING! There are so many features that are important to me and exactly what I would want to have in my tiny home some day. Thank you for sharing this.

They seem like happy and cool people. I'm glad they're enjoying their house.

I think this way of living focused on simplicity and sustainability is going to become much more normal with the new generations, especially after Covid. I really hope I can try a tiny house in the future here in Spain!

Happy that the bath space is NOT in your kitchen...One of the major things for me when I create my T-space that the Kitchen and bathroom are not only separate but a distance from one another...and totally agree about the Tub...

I love how your counters and how you repurposed wood from a tree that had already fallen. Repurposed wood is beautiful! It gives character to the home. A deep sink is a must. The sofa one of the best I have seen

Very creative and Artistic with ample seating instead of an uncomfortable bench and thin fabric covering...a house is not a home unless the seating is comfortable and welcoming...park benches are for outside only...This is a well-thought-out design... well-done guys!

I absolutely love your Tiny Home! It is Beautiful! I’m 64yrs old and I purchased and have lived full time in a 1980 34V Avion Travel Trailer in 2015, so going on 6yrs now. The Insulation has to be totally flat in it by now, and I’ve been looking at the Rockwool insulation online. It really stands up to fire and water damage! I do want to have Closed Cell Spray Foam put in the under belly of my trailer for warmth and any small creature that tries to worm its way into my living space. You both have done a wonderfully fine job in building and creating a Tiny Home that works for the lifestyles you love! I’m planning on living in my Avion as long as I can. I have found that new flat cardboard shipping boxes from Walmart backed with just a one nice styrofoam placed in your door way will keep out lot’s of cold! You can do the bottom half or all of the glass door and remove it during the days that are not so cold. T works for me. I wish you two the very best in your Tiny Life together!

There is a lot to like in this video. An attractive couple who seem to enjoy each other's company, a cozy home with interesting touches, lots of smiles, contagious, thoughtful enthusiasm, and nice pets. If the tour rocks, it helps to have a handsome guy in white socks.

I've watched a lot of tiny homes videos and this one might just be my favorite 🙈

I love the shape of the kitchen - I'm not a fan of gallery kitchens. The gallery kitchens are beautiful but seem to take up too much space when I look at them. Their home looks homey/cozy and modern at the same time.
