With a tiny home like that all you need is a few solar panels and a portable Bluetti or Jackery power station. No mansion for me. No thank you. Tiny livin' is the life for me. Stay positive, Sammy.

You need insulation and paneling. Waste is removed. Propane heat and Cook camp stove & generator (I use my car as my generator ) rechargeable lights 1 at 1000 lumens lights the whole place, charge your lights in the car, a bed of some sort like a couch or inflatable and a $30 membership at Planet Fitness to shower etc. if you get the fancy one that looks just like a cabin some trailer parks are allowing them now if you want water and sewer. The summer, surprisingly doesn’t get too hot but the winter you will freeze!! You must get insulation! Must. Unless you’re in south Florida. *tip, they are rent to own, they deliver for free & if you don’t like it they’ll come pick it up. You can upgrade or move. Also, some homeowners are allowing them in their backyard for a fee. Maybe a campground might also.

living in my van is basicly the same thing but with this you need land or i guess you can put it on a flat bed but then the gas prices oh boy and those land ownership laws with the burocrats bull💩
