The gentleman who is mentioning mans search for meaning, and Don Miguel Ruiz is well read ! Absolutely excellent! Proper stoic philosophy would also help to relieve social pressures. Autistic people are great. They tell you like it is. I find it refreshing !

I've learnt about my sensory issues and understood them thanks to the pandemic. Earlier, I was always tired. Went out to the meeting and coming the same tired, next day a lot of stimuli - samely tired. Having an opportunity to step back, I realized I get tired next day and it lasts for a day or two (mostly). Living with a lot of stimuli day by day, I couldn't see this pattern and connect my tiredness to anything. It's great to not live a day on autopilot but feel being "here". I can think, I can work, I can remember my obligations (despite having ADHD). And people started seeing how they feel better when they can work in their home, be able to feel bad, have right to take care of their kids, etc.

Yes, of course, use the KZread turpentine treatment instead of seeing a real doctor. That’s the very best advice.
